Xavier Grier, a Charlotte, NC native with experiences across a multitude of industries, is excited to take his 16+ years of Real Estate Industry knowledge to the Commercial RE Firm of Monument Real Estate Partners. Xavier’s Real Estate experience spans from Mortgage Lending to Commercial Real Estate Sales, specializing in Tenant Representation and Land Acquisitions & Development.
Having a strong creative background, Xavier has also served a number of industries in capacities of Creative Director, Art Director and Content Manager to Graphic Artist and Designer for major national names such as GreenPoint Mortgage/Financial, Capital One, ESPNU and Disney to name a few. This along with his career in fashion photography has allowed Xavier to develop a unique vision and approach on how to communicate within industries that are traditionally more “conservative” in messaging and communication.
Xavier plans to utilize ALL of his skills and attributes to assist Monument Real Estate Partners achieve its goal of being a commercial real estate firm you can trust with all of your real estate needs.
