Tim was born in raised in Charleston WV and moved to Charlotte NC in 1999. He has since called Charlotte NC his home for over 20 years. Throughout his years living in Charlotte, he has worked in several industries and created lasting relationships along the way.
He has worked in the retail space, been an event management director, helped people purchase their homes as a residential loan officer, and in recent years, was a small business owner in the service industry space. During this time he was able to build a vast network with many different industry professionals and fulfill his passion for helping people find solutions for their needs.
In 2020, Tim transitioned into Commercial Real Estate where he continues to fully utilize his skill sets and leverage his growing network base to assist his clients to reach their end goals in the Commercial Real Estate sector.
