Jonnell, “Johnny,” Walker is a native of North Carolina by way of Mount Airy (AKA Mayberry) and has called Charlotte his home since 2004. His background includes a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising, along with reputable positions in digital marketing, corporate sales and training, and event promotion within the hospitality industry. These professional experiences enabled him to develop an extensive sphere and network of associates within the local and regional areas that assisted his success as he transitioned into becoming a full time Real Estate Broker.
Currently, Johnny specializes in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage. His specific areas of focus are Restaurants and Hospitality, Land Acquisition and Development, Multifamily Acquisition and Tenant Representation.
