Logan was born and raised in West Virginia, where his entrepreneurial interest began at an early age. While in high school and in college, Logan ran his own lawncare and decorative concrete businesses.
Upon graduating from West Virginia University in 2010 with a degree in industrial engineering, Logan spent the first 10 years of his career in the manufacturing sector.
In 2015, Logan launched his next venture as President and Owner of a hand tool manufacturing company that he acquired with 2 partners. During that tenure he represented the West Virginia Manufacturers Association as a board member, culminating that term as the Chairman of the Board in 2019.
After selling his manufacturing business in 2020, Logan transitioned, and launched full time into commercial real estate brokerage.
Logan leverages his business acumen, his lifelong love of real estate, and his industrial experience to assist his clients in the acquisition and disposition of industrial companies and real estate.
